We are writing to inform you of many positive changes that we have been working around the clock implementing. Over the last year, we have upgraded the server and network infrastructure that hosts your sites. We have added many carriers (ISPs) to our network as well to ensure that your sites are always loading in the fastest way possible.

We have also upgraded our backup system. Previously, we used to backup to specific backup servers inside the datacenter your servers were hosted at. Over the past 6 months, we've worked tirelessly to bring about remote backups for all shared hosting accounts. We will always tell you to maintain your own backups, and you can do so via your control panel. While we can never guarantee the backups will be flawless, we are to our knowledge the only hosting provider in the market today doing this.

We are also implementing some load management settings which will also reduce server loads over time and give you a better overall hosting experience. Over the course of the next 30 days, we will be introducing inode limits per package. An inode is a file within your hosting account. So if you have 20 emails, that's 20 inodes. We're doing this to better control our hosting environment and give you the best possible platform to build your sites on.

The following will be the settings on inode limits:

S-100 250,000

S-200 500,000

S-300 750,000

As always we greatly appreciate your business and we thank you for the privilege of serving you.

Thank you so much from everyone here at Eleven2!
