1. First log in to your Cpanel
2. Click File Manager
3. Choose the directory that the .htaccess file is in by clicking on the file icon
4. Select the.htaccess file
5. Click edit file in the middle of the menu bar
6. Insert this code into the .htaccess file in the public html directory:
MaxClients <#> 7. That's it!
